Computerized Police Clearance Certificate
National Police Bureau issues Computerized Police Clearance Certificates (CPCC) to the Pakistani nationals living in Spain only, on the basis of character verification certificate received from the concerned District Police Officer.
Affidavit for Case Scenario 1: Applicant is living in Pakistan
- Applicant’s personal credentials including name, father/ husband name, CNIC, passport number and address.
- Reason to visit Spain
- Reason to acquire Police Clearance Certificate from NPB
- Document name which is attached as Spain Proof.
- Relationship or link with sponsor (if any).
- Applicant will mention on oath that there’s no criminal case pending in any police station and Court of Pakistan against him/her.
- If there’s any criminal record please mention record and status.
- Pledge to use this document only for Spain
- Pledge to take responsibility of all attached documents. If found bogus/ fabricated then applicant will be responsible and NPB has right to initiate legal action against applicant.
- Applicant’s signature
Affidavit for Case Scenario 2: Applicant is living out of Pakistan and authorized someone to process Police Clearance Certificate through valid authority letter.
- Authorize person credentials including name, father/husband name, CNIC, Passport number and address.
- Applicant’s personal credentials including name, father/ husband name, CNIC, passport number and address. Relationship between authorize person and applicant.
- Reason to acquire Police Clearance Certificate from NPB
- Document name which is attached as Spain Proof.
- Authorize person will mention on oath that applicant has no any criminal record in Pakistan.
- If there’s any criminal record please mention record and status.
- Pledge to use this document only for Spain
- Pledge to take responsibility of all attached documents. If found bogus/ fabricated then applicant will be responsible and NPB has right to initiate legal action against authorize person.
